First Aid
Our First Aid training equips staff with the confidence and skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies in the workplace. Cardiac First Response – Community (CFR C)
This certified programme provides essential life-saving skills for community and low-risk workplace settings. It covers adult, child, and infant CPR, the safe use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), and how to recognise and respond to heart attacks, cardiac arrest, strokes, and choking. CFR C training gives participants the skills to act decisively in time-critical situations.

Cardiac First Response – Advanced (CFR A)

Manual Handling
Manual Handling remains one of the most common causes of workplace injuries. Our course teaches safe lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling techniques to protect staff from back injuries and musculoskeletal disorders. Training is aligned with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations, with both theory and practical demonstrations tailored to your work environment.

Patient Handling
A specialist programme for healthcare and care settings, this course teaches safe methods for moving and repositioning patients. It covers risk assessment, use of handling aids, and correct body mechanics to reduce injury risk for both staff and patients. Abrasive Wheels
This course ensures compliance with Irish legislation on the safe use of abrasive wheels. Participants learn about wheel types, correct mounting procedures, pre-use inspection, safe operation, and maintenance. Fire Awareness
Designed for all employees, Fire Awareness training provides the knowledge needed to prevent fires and act safely in an emergency. Fire Marshal

Fire Safety Manager

Working at Heights
Falls from height are a leading cause of workplace accidents. This training covers risk assessment, correct use of ladders and access equipment, fall prevention systems, and rescue procedures. Practical sessions reinforce safe behaviours and ensure participants understand both their responsibilities and the requirements of the Work at Height Regulations.

HACCP Basic Food Safety Training
This certified training provides staff with essential knowledge of food hygiene and safety. It covers personal hygiene, safe food handling, storage, cooking, and cleaning practices, as well as an introduction to HACCP principles.
